Q: Can I change color or size on the chandelier that I want to order?
A: Of course you can, ask first because the new price can be higher or lower than the version shown on photo.

Q: Can I include or exclude the 24 kt. gold trimmings from a model that I want to order and on the photo it is shown without gold?
A: Yes, in this case the price differs, please ask first,we will have to make a customized shopping cart.

Q: Can I change the lenght of the chain?
A: The chain rings open very easily and you can adapt it to your needs.

Q: Does the length of the chandelier include also the chain?
A: No, the length goes from the final pendant to the top glass cup of chandelier body.

Q: How do I hook the chandelier to the ceiling and will the junction of wires be seen?
A: There is a glass or gold finished metal ceiling plate not normally visible on photos.

Q: Will I be able to use the light bulbs normally available in my Country?
A: The electric wiring is set as required by the standard regulations required in your Country,but we don't supply bulbs with the chandelier.

Q: Will my chandelier arrive in separate parts and will it be difficult to assemble it?
A: We send chandeliers in separate parts and it will be extremely easy to assemble them, because each flower, leaf or arm, slides into its own hole placed on a disk( visit our page:
“how to assemble chandeliers”).

Q: What about if some pieces arrive broken?
A: You will let us know immediately by e-mailing (if possible) a photo of the broken piece, and we will remake it for you as soon as possible.

Q: Will you send me some replacements if I need them later?
A: Yes, we will assist our clients as long as necessary.

Q: How long will it take to make the chandelier that I want to order?

A: The time varies according to the complexity of the chandelier and number of orders we have in at that moment, but an average time would be from 45 to 60 days, exept August and Christmas when no work is done due to vacation.

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: About 2-5 days (we normally use Federal Express).

Q: Will I receive my chandelier right to my door step, or have I to go to collect it at my nearest airport?
A: You will receive your chandelier right to your door step, and you will follow the shipping by a track number(remember to send us your phone number with the address when ordering).
